<p>As I mentioned in the album description, I was attending a Civil War presentation at the main mausoleum chapel. When I left and started walking the grounds, I just happened to come across this marker. I doubt it can be seen much in the warmer weather, when all the greenery is in bloom. It is located behind the main mausoleum, just before you get to the Hayden Mausoleum.</p>
<p>I'll have to see if I can find out any story behind this marker. It appears Celtic in nature, but I'm not used to seeing Celtic crosses quite so tall. In terms of height, this marker almost resembles a totem pole.</p>
